Advice please !!!

So I’ve been talking to this guy and I really like him. I thought he liked me too, but the other day he told his ex girlfriend (one of my ex friends) that we weren’t talking. I mean my parents love him and they let me stay out all night with him. He was my first kiss and we talk and hang out all the time, his friends say he always talks about me. (I mean he told one of his friends to go to the fair with us and bring a girl so we can go on a double date, we ended up bringing our friends who are together) But what should I do? My friends are saying that I need to establish our relationship now and his friends say I should wait. I’m really scared to tell him how I feel but it’s not like i have all the time in the world. Help please!
