He’s headed to the marines soon. Deployment date is October 7th. Idk if I should report this to the police because he does have anger issues & he keeps saying he will snap tonight. Idk where he lives or is located so that’s another thing

Yes. We don’t need someone with an unlevel head having a license to kill. Much less to kill himself. Do him and you a favor and the world and report him ASAP. Actually in the military if you were in his unit or around him and saw that you are supposed to report it as well.
