What do these bumps on my 16m child look like?

My 16m child has about 8 of these bumps on her back, front-side, legs, and on her palm. Any idea what it might be?

Looks like a wart to me....

I don't think its hand, foot, mouth. My son just had it, and didn't look like that. It's just  raised little blisters
