Vagina smell

I’m 18+3 and it seems like my entire pregnancy I’ve been having milky white discharge everyday and it’s a lot my underwear are soaked but the discharge Also has a strong smell I told the doctor it has a smell she said it was just all the new hormones but when I say the smell is strong I can smell it through my pants like if I were to sit on the floor India style thats all I smell has anyone else had this problem is it normal or could it be something else?
