Should I speak to my midwife? Night terrors!

Just had another night terror, I wake up absolutely petrified from my nightmare to the point I can’t/don’t want to go back to sleep again.

I have them every few nights and they seem to be getting more and more frightening!

I know it is just a night terror so it’s not causing any damage to baby, but should I speak to my midwife as I have researched and night terrors can occur because of hormones during pregnancy.

I am absolutely petrified and exhausted. I hardly slept last night (just couldn’t sleep) and I’ve not slept much again tonight because of the terror.

On a plus note, my girl is amazing and always gives me a cwtch (cuddle) when I have a bad dream. I think she knows when it happens.
