Usually 4 weeks is waaay too early to see anything. Looks normal to me for four weeks!

My dr wouldn’t even schedule an ultrasound until 8/9 weeks. 4 weeks is super early, don’t stress out!

I had mine at 7 weeks and she looked like a dinasour lol, it was only so clear because it was a transvaginal ultrasound, over the belly it looked like this too until she was 12 weeks.
