Can someone help?

So i’m on depo, i got it 6 almost 7 weeks ago, anyways, i got this weird discharge like ovulation discharge a week and a half ago, i thought it was nothing. I have also been spotting for almost 3 weeks just a few days ago, the spotting changed color it turned brown for like an hour or two, Then went back to the normal color(pinkish-red) i figured the spotting part was normal,but the fact it changed color was weird. I had unprotected sex the day before i got the weird discharge. Now the spotting is letting up. Just wondering has anyone experienced this? Could it be implantation bleeding? Or am i just being paranoid?
