When should i make a time to tour the hospital?

We took birthing classes offered by the hospital, and part of the class was a tour of L&D. Very convenient.

I’ve never got this. Why do you need to tour the hospital

I say the earlier the better just in case you don’t like the hospital. I had to switch doctors since we did not care for the hospital she was affiliated with.

I looked into it about 4 weeks ago (at 24 weeks) and the hospital I’m giving birth at was completely booked already up until November. Baby girl is measuring ahead and I will most likely be induced mid-October or sooner (according to what they’re telling now). So I just printed a campus map and skipped the tour. I’d recommend if you wanna do a tour, get it scheduled as soon as possible, because you never know how quickly they’ll fill up.
