When you got your BFP, were you tracking anything?

BFP, were you tracking anything?" /> 
Just got AF again which means this will be the 4th cycle TTC. I’m seriously wondering if the stress of tracking with opks is effecting my ability to conceive. Would love to know your thoughts.

We decided to start trying in October. I never tracked anything. We just had fun and had sex when we wanted so it was never made to be a stressful situation. Pregnant by December!

I used to track worh opk 2 times a day and I was driving myself NUTS. We were ttc for almost 1 year. I asked my doctor about it and she said that if it stresses me out, quit it. We are people that have sex at least everyother day so it was frequent enough not to worry.

I started tracking right after I got my Mirena out. I tracked for 5 months and then the one month I didn’t (just due to being busy at work, on vacation, etc) is when we conceived! We only had sex twice the whole month. I think taking my mind off of it helped! Good luck!

I tracked my period and mostly saved when I had sex as well. We weren't really trying trying either, I just stopped taking the pill. And decided we would let my hormones figure out my natural cycle and see where it went.

I had the opposite I guess of most women, we were “actively but not actively” trying for several months without monitoring anything and just having fun and the month I started with OPKs BOOM pregnant.
