Embarrassing!!

I can’t for the life of me keep my underwear clean...I’m a very clean person, take showers daily and even use wipes whenever I got to the bathroom. The bathroom wipes not baby wipes. But for some reason at the end of the day my underwear is still brown and gross..like wet. I do have plenty of discharge all day but I don’t know why it’s discolored. I just left the doctors and no infections of any kind🤷🏽‍♀️. It’s always been like this and I don’t know what to do about it. I know I can wear panty liners I just hate them...sigh...help!!
