Tubal infertility

Went for HSG found out my tubes were both blocked, they unblocked the right one but my left has hydrosalpinx. I have a phone appointment next week on Tuesday my doctor wants to set me up with an reproductive endocrinologist and said the tube may have to be removed and IVF would be the next option because left hydrosalpinx is poisonous to implantation even if I could get pregnant due to right tube.

I am not ready to have surgery just yet. I’ve been researching and have since started castor oil packs as well as taking serrapeptase. I’m hoping I can schedule another HSG a few months down the road to see if I can naturally unblock and get rid of hydrosalpinx.
