Help! Weight loss tips
I'm going to admit, that for most of my life I've eaten absolute garbage, and it shows. I'm a 16 year old female (5foot 6) and last time I checked, I was a little over 190 pounds. I'm not proud of that at all. And I want to fix it. I'm trying to fix my diet and introduce casual yet effective exercise in my life. Any tips/tricks/workouts anyone has? Any tips for food/drink/cravings? Anything is appreciated.
