TMI but LOTS of creamy white discharge (no odour) 37 weeks and 2 days

Hi ladies,

I’ve been having a marked increase in milky white discharge over the past week (I’m 37 weeks and 2 days today).

I’m not overly worried as there’s no blood, and it’s got no odour at all so I don’t think it’s an infection and I’m certain it’s not my show, but this is my fourth pregnancy and in all honesty I don’t remember this happening with the others (accepting each baby is different).

It can be enough to make me wear a panty liner or a pad and is literally pure white (not yellowy at all).

Is anyone else experiencing similar? and, accepting we all would love this to be the case, does it signify your cervix preparing for labour?I’ve not got my midwife again until a week on Wednesday and she’s on holiday at the moment so I don’t want to bother her.
