tips on increasing supply?!

Baby started waking more for food in the night, thought growth spurt but am pumping and now getting less than an oz after feeding! She's still doing plenty of wet and dirty nappies but worried it's decreasing too much! She's 14 weeks

Pumping right after a feeding isn’t gonna give you much, since baby just ate. Pumping is not a good way to tell about supply. If baby is gaining weight and has plenty of wet/dirty diapers then your supply should be fine.
Baby might be going through a leap and is just needing more food. Waking to feed more is natural, they are signaling your body to make more milk since they are growing.

After a feeding? That isn’t a good way to judge what your are producing. 
If your baby is producing enough wet/dirty diapers a day then there is no need to worry about your production. 
I’m sure you are doing great and it’s just the stress of wanting to make sure you do your best so trust your body to do it’s thing.
