Sex more frequently? It is okay for your health?

Hey, I'm doing this as my boyfriend sleeps on my chest. Anyway, Is having sex more frequently bad for your body? I love the sex and I love him to no end, I'm just worried about our vaginas and body health. I had wanted to ask an LGBT+ Center rep but that felt wrong. I know it's weird to ask since a lot of people are asking about pregnancy but I know I won't have to worry too much about myself or my boyfriend getting each other pregnant.
