Scared

I’m 12 weeks 1 day. Yesterday I had a little spotting. Very light. This morning I woke up and had some more. Didn’t have cramping yesterday but have light cramping today and the bleeding is still light pink when I wipe but is getting a little heavier. Please someone tell me that I’m not losing this baby. This is my absolute worst fear coming to life. I have an appointment Tuesday. Should I go to the doctor or hospital before that appointment or just wait? ☹️
