My niece was born with..

Down syndrome on friday the 24...her cousin,my daughter was born on the 16.. and I feel so guilty,not only does my niece have down syndrome she has a heart disease but wont be able to have surgery till shes 6 or 7 months. I dont get along the way I would want to with her parents because of how they lefts things when they move from our town but I would never wish this upon anyone. My brother isnt taking it well and they are 6 hours away from us. We cant make it out there till labor day weekend. I know shes just going to need more love but I never thought this would happen even though it is from our side...and I cant find the right words to even say to my brother or his girlfriend. I feel like they going to resent me that their daughter came out like that and mine didnt...i cant stop crying...
