Leaking?

I’m 30 weeks and a ftm so I freak out about everything ive been really sick the past couple days and am getting worse so it might be from that but I need opinions I have woken up the past two days and my underwear are wet I put a panty liner in and it gets wet to idk if it’s fluid because it doesnthave a smell at all and everything I’ve read says it should smell sweet I’m terrified because it’s still so early and I just want my baby to be okay I have had cramping today and yesterday it was more a stabbing I just need advice because I have a bad feeling about it but I’m probably overreacting
