What did you go for? And did it help at all??

I haven’t ever been, so I didn’t answer your poll.  However, my coworker went to stop smoking and it worked for her.  She’s talked about it before and says the key is that you really have to want to make the change you are looking for.  The first time she went it did not work.  However the second time was shortly after her mother passed away and she wanted nothing more to be able to quit and get her health back for her kids, and it worked, she hasn’t smoked since and it’s been a number of years.
