Spotting

So I found out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago and have had spotting pretty consistently since. It has varied in color but this afternoon went to the bathroom to find bright red blood and what looks like a small clot. I'm so worried it's another miscarriage had one last year. I'm just hoping everything will be OK dont have. Dr appt until Sept 6th, unless spotting gets heavier. But still feeling very pregnant, sore breasts and nausea. Anyone else have something similar and everything be OK? Also havent had sex in a week which seems to be caused the spotting in the first place.
