Any words of wisdom or similar stories needed

I am on month 2 of ttc. The first month we just went with the flow because I figured after being pregnant twice in my younger years it would be easy since I got pregnant twice without trying. Previous pregnancies were around 16 and 18 years old and both ended with termination (not interested in hate comments, I was young and I made the decision i made. Your opinion doesn’t matter now and to comment hate would just be pointless) I am 28 now and I am active and healthy in every regard. I donated my bone marrow to an unknown recipient last year (via bethematch) and they have a very efficient prescreening physical that includes multiple blood draws and scans prior to donating and I passed all of those exams with flying colors. So I am at the close of month 2 ttc and this month I used opks. It is seeming like I am not pregnant this month either. AF should arrive tomorrow as planned. I guess my question is, has anybody else had issues with getting pregnant after having such an easy time with their first pregnancy?
