Flu like symptoms

So this has probably already been discussed on here but I’m looking for some new opinions.

I’m 39 weeks 4 days and for the past few days I’ve felt like I have a sinus infection. I have an itchy & sore throat, itchy eyes and nose, and overall just feel terrible. Told my doc but he didn’t seem too concerned.

But now, I have loose stools, headache, nausea, dizziness, sore throat, literally like everything hurts. I’m wondering if I’m sick or possibly could be going into labor soon? (FTM, last time I was checked a few days ago I was 1cm and 70% effaced). I checked my temp and it was 97.3

So i guess I’m just wondering if anyone else experienced this during late pregnancy or just before labor started? Or if I should maybe go to the doctor.
