Early Labor
So I had steady contractions (about 4 mins apart) for a good 6 hours and they kept increasing so I decided to go to l&d (I’m 37+4) by the time they checked me I was only one cm dialated and her head was still halfway in the canal. How can I speed up labor process I’m ready to meet my baby girl!
