Paranoid mom

This is my second pregnancy and im always paranoid that my baby has lost its heartbeat! With my first i had extreme nausea, and with this pregnancy i have no symptoms whatsoever! I know im freaking out for no reason do any other mommies out there feel this way? I turned 14 weeks today.
