Nexplanon

Hey everyone! I need some advice/ insight....... I had the Nexplanon implant removed on August 2nd of this year. My husband and I decided to start trying for a baby immediately. We actually started trying a few days before the 2nd as I was to ovulate that exact day. We tried that day and several following as well. My period was due the 19th and hasn’t shown. Every pregnancy test has shown a solid BFN😔😔😔 this isn’t too early to test correct? I wonder if the removal of the implant immediately halted ovulation etc??? Help!
