Vitamin D pills missed period

Hey glow family I just need to ask anyone about the situation I a in right now. So my fertility doctor has me on 50,000 unit of vitamin D once a week for 6 weeks and now my period is late. Doctor told me that I have a low vitamin D deficiency so this will help me. So now Tuesday will be the last day to take my pill but my period is 9 days late. And no I did not take test cause I am afraid of the BFN. Again has anyone been threw this pls lmk!!! Thank you
