Thick white can be regular cm, but if it itches is might be the beginning of a yeast infection. Have you been on any antibiotics lately or been particularly sweaty? Usually those two circumstances are when mine pop up and they’re much better taken care of sooner rather than later. If it’s unusual for you, I’d go ahead and get some monistat. I usually use the 3 day because it’s a good balance between the cheap option and the fast option lol. If it gets worse/is still there after the treatment call the doc, see whats going on
