lost my baby on tuesday was 4 weeks had a miscarriage.  trying to try again soon should i take any of these while trying ? i heard folic acid helps prevent miscarriages

I take the women’s one a day soft-gels. I don’t buy the pack with the pill i only buy the soft-gels. I love them. This is my second pregnancy ill be using them  with.

I took the One A Day with and without the extra DHA pill, and took the Nature’s Made. Neither made me nauseas, or were hard to swallow. I recommend either.
