Wonky rag

I'm pretty normal when it comes to my rag. Maybe a day or two leeway and on for seven to nine days. This month I was 4 days late, spotted heavily for a day, bleed for a day, nothing for 2 days, and heavy spotting twice in a day. Not sure what to think of this since a) my tubes are tied -yes I know they can regrow and b) I got a neg test.

Has anybody delt with sudden change in timing, length, and consistency?
