Cramping

So I'm 25 weeks pregnant almost 26. I've been having bad back pain and grion pain. Like I pulled a muscle. I've been having on and off cramps all day. We just had sex and I started hurting so I went the the bathroom and ended up having to poop, nothing came out but I was pushing. I felt like I was about to push him out so I stuck my finger up there just to make sure and I could barley touch my cervix but what I did feel was soft. Should I be concerned?
