Behind on Baby planning?

Just wondering is it bad we haven’t started getting baby room ready?? I’m 17 weeks tomorrow but I notice everyone saying they have started. So now I feel behind lol we had a scan last week, & finding out gender Saturday at reveal. So I wanted to wait to buy things (crib, clothes, etc) until I found out what we were having... is anyone with me?

I haven’t purchased anything yet, I don’t really think we will till the end of the second trimester, there’s still a long way to go :)

I bought nothing. Lol. Youre not behind do what works best for your family. Buying little by little might help in the long run.

Lol. I’m on number 3. I haven’t even announced yet. It’ll be alright 😂 new babies really don’t need much and you have plenty of time. Everything doesn’t even have to be done by the time they get here.

I am the same, I only bought a diaper bag because it was a good price and gender neutral. I want to wait until I know the gender as well!!

Haha no....we won’t do anything til winter break. My hubby is a teacher and we have a bunch of house stuff to do to start on the nursery. MAYBE we’ll start at thanksgiving.

With my first, we didn't have ANYTHING for baby until I was 32 weeks pregnant. And he was even born early at 37 weeks! You've got plenty of time :)

I only have started because we are going with purple/grey/black/white as the color scheme no matter what the gender. The carpet and wall colors decided that for us, and we already had some decorations in that colour scheme.
Then my mom offered to get us our crib, so we feel over-prepared for only 16 weeks!

I’m stuck....we live in a two bedroom and I already have one child. The room is pretty big though (18x20) so I’ve gotta figure out a way to split the room now. But don’t stress cause with my son we still didn’t have carpet in the room when he was born. It was installed the next day!!!!

I’ve bought a couple things here and there because they were great prices, but we are waiting for our Gender Reveal to find out the sex of the baby to create a registry.
