What’s going on..

I was 2 weeks late on my period.

So today I was at work and I went to go pee, as I wiped I saw the toilet paper was a light red color almost pink, so I was like “oh crap I just started my period” I put a pad on and the day goes by and as I come to use the restroom I pull my panties down and there is no sight of blood on my pad..

What could be the reason behind it??
