Uti/ yeast infection

A little tmi but I’m just about 2 weeks away from my due date and I haven’t had any infections throughout my pregnancy but there was yeast when my doctor last checked . She ensured that it was fine as long as there’s no weird discharge smell or itch which there wasn’t . Past few days I would get a “pulling” feeling off and on but no pain while urinating and also I would get a slight itch literally slight and it would go away maybe once every other day . Any advice ? I see my doc every week so I would ask her on Tuesday but I just want to know if I should be worried
