When should I bd

I have bd so far 19,20,22,23,24,and 26th (twice) I'm supposed to ovulate on the 28th. Should I bd the day before, day of, the day after or all 3? Please need help ladies

Just remember that you want your SO to have enough healthy swimmers available. BD every day can cause lack of from what I’ve read

If you’re trying for a girl do it the day before and that’s it
