Helppppp plz 🙏🏼

So i had missed miscarriage on June/16

And i did the D&C on that day they gave me a birth control for that month and I started my period exactly 3weeks after while i was still spotting from the miscarriage! It was all messed up dont know what is going on anyways since then i havnt getting any period so my period is late 16 days now and btw it was IVF pregnancy i did fet transfer but my baby’s heart beat stops at 8 weeks ! So my question is it normal for my period to not show I also went to OB and did for me HCG test and it was negative and said its ur hormones just wait ! Ive been very stressed and i got pain around my ovaries alot dont know what to do or if it’s normal or no 😣
