How easy is it to get pregnant?

First try with my daughter, and first try with my last pregnancy even though it did end in an early miscarriage. They say it takes a year but that seems crazy to me 🤷🏻‍♀️.

With my first I conceived on my first cycle ttc. I was 31. Now 38 and ttc 2nd for past 8months. Maybe age and weight have something to do with it... Praying for a healthy rainbow 🌈 baby soon.

I think age also plays a factor, in 24 and got pregnant first month trying, currently 28 weeks pregnant 😁

Okay so it took about 4 years unprotected sex before I caught with my first born in 2008  Then I had a LOOONNGGGGG break. Went on some contraception stuck with the arm implant untill 2013  Took it out a month later baby number 2 was on the way.  I went back on the same contraceptive. (Implant). 
I have been with my current bf for nearly 2 years now since Christmas 2017 and we have been trying to get pregnant since April 2018 and it just don’t seem to be happening for us. 
Any remedies or tips on conception. We always have sex when I’m ovulating so I just don’t understand 🤷🏾‍♀️
