Pimples

I have an issue with my face. It looks like pepperoni pizza. I can't find a product to make it stop I'm 30 years old and 37 weeks pregnant. I used to use my at home remedies and it worked for a while but then financially couldn't afford to buy all the products I needed for the remedy, and the products that I have used over the counter don't work. My insurance doesn't cover dermatology so I'm having to do research on all of it. Is there a over the counter product for combination sensitive skin that won't dry my face out but get rid of my black heads and pimples?
