Late by three days

So according to my app I’m three days late.. a little over a year ago before I had gotten the implant bc in my arm I was irregular like no other. But since I got it out the second time in August of 2017 I’ve been regular. There’s been a couple of time were I was late but it started coupled of days later...but I’m honestly scared to take a test because I wanna see both lines but I have a feeling it’s not going to happen. What are y’alls opinions and thoughts on what I should do please?
