When is your baby considered a month?

Would it be exactly 4 weeks from the day she was born or go by he number?? My daughter was born July 30th so would that mean August 30th is considered a month??

By date just like a birthday since there aren’t exactly 4 weeks in a month.

This is something I see here a lot. 
The right answer is if baby was born on the 30th, then baby turns a month on the 30th.
Consider this: how do you know when baby is one year old? Do you count 365 days? Count 52 weeks? Nope. You go by date.
