Cd is cycle day and at the bottom there’s all the things you logged like sex etc. I never log temp but find it helpful to see what day or how many dpo I am x

Not totally pointless the charge against the top will give you dpo.

There’s nothing to read...... if you where taking your BBT daily and inputting it you would have a chart, but other than that it’s pointless
