Planning an elopement 🙆🏼‍♀️

So we decided we’re going to get married in the mountains on the way down south to a friends wedding🤭 We’ve been engaged 9 months and have a almost 2 year old. My fiancé wants to keep it low key until after their wedding. I plan to send out cards with our pictures and plan a whole party with family/friends. I’m getting really anxious because it’s less than 9 days away. Has anyone ever done something this spontaneous!? I could use some advice. I booked an officiant and the location. I still need to find a dress and our rings!!! I’ve been searching amazon because they have fast shipping. Does anyone have suggestions or advice? I don’t know how I’ll be able to keep it a secret for a week. Basically his friends wedding will be like our honeymoon😂
