7 weeks retroverded uterus

Hi I am 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant I have been having some light bleeding pink since this past Wednesday I've had mild cramping but yesterday I bled or spotted red so I went to the emergency room they did an ultrasound and I was told that I am 5 weeks and 5 days and that I had a retroverted uterus.. but it doesn't seem right to my calculations I should be around 7 weeks

I'm trying to stay calm but I have had a miscarriage before has anybody else experienced this if so what were your results I do have an appointment tomorrow but I just want to have a piece of mind ...

I also have been experiencing dizziness.
