Ovulating

So I always know when I’m ovulating my body tells me my CM is different even my stools are different and I’ve been that way since I started my periods! This month I didn’t know I was ovulating I relied on glow didn’t have any ovulation symptoms at all this month I still baby danced through what should of been the week of ovulation anyway my question is I’m 12dpo period due in 2 days could I not be having ovulation symptoms as I’m pregnant?! Or has my body just thrown it out
