Plus my sister named her kid Johnathan/Jonathan (I forget how exactly she spelled it...😳) Deere. So basically his name is John/Jon Deere.

In my country, it's common for Afrikaans parents to combine their names into one name for their children. This can make for some very interesting combinations.
I once met a girl with the name Johanette. I assume Johan/ Johannes was her father's name and her mother's name was probably something with the 'ette'. Annette, Bernadette, etc.
