Ladies, when is it the best time of day to do hpt?

Answer

Generally first urine of the day, but I have seen where some people test higher during the day or at night 
With that being said when I was pregnant with my first I got this faint line on a hpt that reads at 5miu....I held my pee for 4 hours and tested with a digital that needs 25 or more miu and instantly got back a positive...so I actually may be one of those people who test higher during the day
