Do bottle feed babies lose their connection with their mom when the milk dries up

As soon as I dried up i can’t seem to
comfort my baby. I know they say that releases a hormone that is connected to your baby. I am just nervous that I lost our bond. Does anyone feel the same way or am I just overly pp hormonal.

I stopped breastfeeding with my first between 5 and 6 weeks pp. If anything, without the stress of "is he getting enough" or "why wont he latch proper" despite seeing multiple lactation consultants, our bond became stronger after my milk dried up because he was full, happy, healthy, and I had peace of mind. Hope you find yours too :)

My son is almost 2 and practically glued to my leg. I stopped giving him breastmilk around a month old. We bonded a ton with bottlefeeding, I was relaxed and well he never is lol! He sure prefers his mama over anyone else. I wondered if I was missing something at the time because of all your hear about bonding and breastfeeding but I don't think I was. We couldn't get any closer.

It's part of the hormones, plus stress. They can feel when you are stressed so that could be what is happening.
