Ttc for 6 months

Hi . This month I done my ivf injections first is 5 days before ovulation. Then I go to my doctor for ultrasound. She told me I have good eggs. And start to meet ur husband this week. I came home and meet my husband on same day. Then my hubby go to another city for 3 4 days . When he came we meet again. I m now 9 dpo. My ovulation date is 20 August. Same day I feel ovulation pain also my left tube. For only 2 3 hours. I have no symptoms. Boobs sore . Nothing. My due date is 6 September. Any chances plz tell me?
