Anxiety meds side effect

So I went on lexapro about two weeks ago and YALL 😩 TMI but I haven't been able to orgasm since. Has anyone else had similar issues?! Does it get better after time or should I see if my doctor can lower the dosage? I'm on 10 mg now....but my husband tries so hard I don't want to have to keep telling him that I just can't do it 😅
