What was your implantation bleeding like?

Cd 30 today out of a normal 33-34 day cycle and started spotting today. It’s pink in color and accompanied by cramping and backaches. Wondering if it’s af or IB? My breasts are still super sore (have been for 2 weeks) and usually with af as soon as I start to bleed, all my af symptoms go away so not sure what to think 🤔

I had just pinkish when i wiped myself on 6 and 7 dpo don't now if it was IB or what was that .. Im now 8 days late and still BFN and no sign of AF

From what I read hardly any women get implantation bleeding, I never had any.
