i lost 15 pounds with no exercise (:

so i’m 17 and weight has always been on and off for me for the past 3 years because of my anxiety and depression, especially when my mother doesn’t have enough money to buy healthy food.

i was 133, and now i’m 118. (i’m about 5 foot). i lost 15 pounds in less than two months while sitting in my house basically all day and occasionally making plans with friends.

working out is definitely something i want to incorporate and something i definitely urge a lot of people to do. i still lost weight without it.

i really wanted to share how happy i am. i feel healthier, my anxiety has gotten so much better and therefore, has helped a lot of my sadness.

if anyone is wondering, i did keto diet (i now do low carb) while drinking lemon water and tea in between meals (oolong tea after my body got used to green tea).

i added as much lemon and spices into my food as possible because they help boost your metabolism. smoothies saved my life, i packed that with matcha or cinnamon while adding a lot of vegetables and some fruit.

last but not least, law of attraction and placebos. i practiced this daily and used smoothies, tea and lemon water as a placebo effect. this also helped me not get obsessive over my weight and stay positive.
